Order Cancellation: 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team promptly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once the production process has commenced, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

Customized Orders: 

Cancellation requests for customized products must be made within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun, making cancellation unlikely. Please reach out to us immediately if you wish to cancel a customized order.

Non-Customized Orders: 

For non-customized orders, you may request cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once shipment has occurred, our return policy will apply.

Refund Policy

In case of any refunds approved by Simran enterprises, it will take 2 days for the refund to be processed to you.
