Orders and Payments

Order Processing: Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and UPI. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations: We offer shipping across India and, upon request, to international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Processing Time: Since Wingage.in offers print-on-demand services without maintaining inventory, each order will take up to 2 business days to print (processing time) before shipping. Processing times may vary based on design complexity and current order volume.
Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. You can select from available shipping methods during checkout to best suit your needs.
Shipping Time: Estimated shipping times are as follows:
Express Shipping (India): 3 to 5 business days
Standard Shipping (India): 8 to 10 business days
International Shipping: 15 to 20 business days

Please note these times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance or postal delays.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress online.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or postal service disruptions. For significant delays, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Wingage.in is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Free Express Shipping: Available for “Prepaid” orders with a transit time of 3-4 days.
Standard Shipping: Applies to “COD” orders with a transit time of 7-8 days.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: Contact our customer support team as soon as possible to cancel your order. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customized Orders: Cancellation requests for customized products can only be accepted within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have started, making cancellation unlikely.
Non-Customized Orders: You may request cancellation before shipment. After shipment, our return policy applies.

Returns and Refunds

Returns: We accept returns for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
